Where do you source your materials?

Our Artefacts are forged from a range of materials sourced from demolition, renovation and build projects. We seize these opportunities as they arise, which means that our stock and range is limited.

We cannot guarantee restocks of items you sent to your friends but forgot to buy. This is because the product direction for each Artefact is determined by the materials we can lay our hands on.

What are your shipping options?

All our Artefacts are sent via courier and are tracked safely to your door. We do not require a signature on delivery, but if you want to add this service, drop us a comment in the order notes and we can arrange this for you at no extra charge. 

We currently only offer shipping within New Zealand, however if you are overseas, please send us an email as we may be able to arrange custom shipping rates for you.

Can I use my Shard or Centrepiece Candle Holder outdoors?

Yes, our Shard and Centerpiece candle holders look great outside, and stand up to the elements! However, the hand-painted elements and silicon feet are less hardy, so it’s best to keep these as dry as possible to avoid wear and tear.

How do I care for my Artefact?

Our products are made of tough materials, so they generally don't require much care. Any dust or dirt can simply be removed with a damp cloth.

Our candles are non-drip, but should wax find itself on your Artefact candleholder, it can be peeled off. A sharp nail or needle works well to remove any stubborn wax from nooks and crannies.

Do you offer returns or refunds?

We offer a 14 day returns policy, as long as your purchase is unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please find more information on our returns policy here.

Refunds are not provided, however, if there is a genuine fault with your Artefact, please get in touch.

What type of candles are included with my Artefact Candle Holder?

Our candles are a beeswax/paraffin blend, and made right here in New Zealand (like all our products). 

They have an 11 hour burn time, so can illuminate plenty of dinner parties.

How can I pay for my Artefacts?

We accept all major payment methods including, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, ApplePay, and GooglePay. We do not offer Afterpay or Laybuy payment options.
