FINANCIAL INFORMATION
We do not store any financial information provided to us by our customers. All VISA, AMEX, MasterCard, ApplePay and GooglePay transactions on our online store are securely processed by Shopify Payments.
ROUTINE INFORMATION COLLECTION
All web servers track basic information about their visitors. This information includes, but is not limited to, IP addresses, browser details, timestamps and referring pages. None of this information can personally identify specific visitors to this site. The information is tracked for routine administration and maintenance purposes.
We use both Google Analytics and HotJar to manage and improve the customer experience on artefactinterior.com. The data collected and stored includes but is not limited to, URL referral, country, time zones, browser, device, screen size, user last seen date, mouse and keyboard activity and html content that is not marked as sensitive. Sensitive information such as personal details and payment information is not stored on these platforms, and personal data is anonymised to protect your identity.
