Refund policy
RETURNS
Our returns policy lasts 14 days from the date on which you receive your order. If you have not made contact with us within 14 days of receipt of goods, we can’t offer you an exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Our Returns Process is as follows:
- Please email us at hello@artefactinterior.com within 14 days of delivery, to notify us before commencing the return process.
- Please ship the product via tracked service in its original packaging to:

All shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.
- Once your return is received, we will inspect the products to ensure they are unused and in good condition
- If we are satisfied the products are unused and in the same condition that you received them, we will issue a credit to the value of the initial purchase price (excluding shipping). This credit can be used on the Artefact online store.
REFUNDS
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on items, unless they are faulty. If this is the case, please email us (including photos) at hello@artefactinterior.com.
